Pre-Flight Checklist
Use this when the real question is simple: should I dose today, or is something about today too messy to trust?
Full chapter Chapter 08 • The Operational Brief
Part of Chapter 08. Use the chapter when you need the full model behind go / no-go decisions.
You already know the dose, but you are not sure today is actually a good day to take it.
A bad room, a messy stack, or a mental-health red flag beats optimism immediately.
If the read comes back dirty, fix the condition or skip. Skipping is a good result when the day is wrong.
Pre-Flight Checklist
Read the day cleanly before you dose so you can decide whether today is a dose day, a reduced day, or a skip.
Before we read the day itself, is the real blocker somewhere else?
If the uncertainty is really about medication chemistry, washout timing, or recent serotonergic carryover, do not bury that inside a day-of checklist.
