What This Run Gives You

This is not a habit tracker. It is one bounded run meant to find a believable working number and a real upper edge.

Pick The Compound

Start with the actual molecule. A run built on the wrong compound just gets more wrong with better notes.

Only dose 1 is real right now. Every later entry stays soft until a real log earns a change.

Start at the floor, not the fantasy. Dose 1 is a humble first pass, not a performance target.

Later doses are not promises. They only become real after you log what actually happened.

Next-Dose Rule

Barely felt it = add 0.025 g. Pretty much the number = hold. More than I wanted = subtract 0.025 g. Way too loud = subtract 0.05 g and rebuild lower.

Confidence Rule

Defended read = at least 2 pretty-much-the-number entries across 8 or more logged doses. Working read = at least 1 across 5 or more logged doses. Earlier than that, keep mapping.

Uses

Starting Floor carryover, one-dose-at-a-time update rules, and whatever signal actually shows up across the run.

Limits

Ten entries still cannot erase batch drift, context noise, or hidden chemistry problems on their own.

Use the finished run to pressure-test the working center, then stop tuning once the read is genuinely defended.
